Over the years, Manila Doctors College of Nursing (MDCON) has carved its niche in nursing education by consistently producing topnotchers and posting above-average performance in the Nurse Licensure Exam (NLE). True to its vision of developing scholars and professionals for national and global endeavors, MDCON has achieved a 100% passing rate for first-time takers in the NLE for several consecutive years, with seventeen topnotchers since 2006. This reflects the College’s strong emphasis on both theoretical and practical learning.
