Non-Teaching Positions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least one year of proven experience in a similar role or professional setting
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms, digital communication tools, creative production software, basic web editing (HTML/CSS), and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work.
  • Keen attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.

The Research and Publication Associate provides direct support in manuscript editing, copy generation, and publication management to ensure a cohesive and high-quality output. Reporting to the department leadership, this role extends functional support to the editorial and research teams, coordinating effectively with authors, printers, faculty, and external service providers.

Key responsibilities include refining written material, streamlining communication workflows between contributors, and performing other tasks as assigned to support the organization’s growth and visibility.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with coursework in research or a relevant field.
  • At least one year of proven experience in a related capacity (fresh graduates with a strong academic background may apply).
  • Proficiency in editing, proofreading, and original copy generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively on style and content.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple publication deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail and a strong eye for substantive content revisions and illustrations.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet production deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetic design, framing, and pacing.

This is a project-based role for 6 months.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least one year of proven experience in a similar student-facing role or administrative setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and official correspondence.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to monitor multiple student activities simultaneously.
  • Keen attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
