Key responsibilities include maintaining precise financial records, coordinating with relevant departments on billing concerns, and performing other tasks as assigned to ensure efficient fiscal operations.

  • College Graduate (preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field)
  • At least one year of proven experience in a similar role or professional setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities

The Bookstore Associate manages day-to-day bookstore operations, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and efficient stock handling. Reporting to the department head, this role is responsible for conducting regular inventory counts of bookstore items and the timely preparation of replenishment requests to maintain optimal stock levels. Key responsibilities include generating the bookstore’s month-end reports, coordinating with internal departments and external suppliers, and performing other tasks as assigned to support the unit’s operational goals.
