Non-Teaching Positions

The Librarian provides direct support to library users through reference and information services, guiding them in locating materials and recommending relevant resources. Reporting to the Head Librarian, this role also involves contributing to collection development, managing library records, and supervising library associates and student assistants. Key responsibilities include facilitating orientations, lectures, and library activities, as well as seeking ways to enhance the library’s visibility and performing other tasks as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Library and Information Science
  • Licensed librarian
  • With at least one to two years’ experience in school/academic library 
  • Adequate computer skills in MS Office & library electronic catalog systems
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • People management skills and organizational ability

Library Associate is responsible for assisting the librarians in various functions to ensure an efficient workflow and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related courses
  • At least six (6) months of experience
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and organizational ability
  • Adequate computer skills in MS Office  
  • Can operate data processing and audio-visual equipment

The Associate provides clerical, reception, and general office support for the Community Extension Office and performs other related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Social Work, Education, Psychology, Nursing, Nutrition or Business)
  • With At least one (1) year as a secretary or office staff
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Computer literate
  • Good in records management
  • Creative and effective team player

The School Nurse delivers preventive health services to support the physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being of students and employees. The role includes identifying health concerns, providing case-finding and health education, making referrals, and offering care to prevent more serious and costly health issues.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • Must be a registered nurse
  • Preferably with at least one (1) year clinical experience. Experience in a school setting is an advantage.

The Computer Laboratory Custodian is responsible for the overall operation of the computer laboratories.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be a college graduate of IT related course
  • Must have at least six (6) months experience in related capacity
  • Good interpersonal skills

The Science Laboratory Associate is responsible for the overall operation of the science laboratories.

The Program Head of the BS Accountancy is the academic head of the program and is directly accountable to the Dean in the performance of the office functions. In general, the Program Head is responsible for the planning, organizing, administration and supervision of the Accountancy program.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Master’s Degree in Accountancy / Management
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in administration and academic experience
  • Board of Accountancy-accredited
  • With 12 units in Teaching Program

The PDC Associate designs, coordinates, and delivers workshops, seminars, and customized training programs for external clients such as companies, government agencies, and organizations. The role involves managing materials, schedules, and coordination with trainers and clients to ensure smooth and effective learning experiences.

 

Qualifications:

  • Preferably Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, Marketing, or Communication.

The Associate is mainly responsible for providing front-line support to students, alumni, faculty, and other stakeholders by processing academic records, responding to inquiries, and ensuring the timely and accurate release of documents. The role includes maintaining and documenting files and records in compliance with institutional and legal policies, and assists in the implementation of various office projects and activities to support the goals and functions of the Office of the College Registrar.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any business course
  • Must have at least two (2) years related experience
