What Sets the Program Apart

The BSHM program offers a comprehensive curriculum that integrates hospitality operations, business management, and leadership development. Aside from extensive industry exposure through partner hotels, resorts, and food establishments, Tytana features its own modern mock hotel, restaurant, café, and simulation laboratories. These facilities provide students with immersive, hands-on training in a controlled, real-world environment.

A key highlight of the program is the students’ exposure and training in a Property Management System (PMS) — a vital technology used in front office operations, reservations, housekeeping, and billing in the hospitality industry. Through PMS training, students develop essential competencies in hotel systems management, enhancing their operational readiness and employability in top-tier hotels and resorts.

The program further emphasizes innovation, entrepreneurship, and customer service excellence to prepare graduates for leadership roles in the global hospitality industry.
