Bachelor of Science in Holistic Nutrition with Culinary Arts
The Bachelor of Science in Holistic Nutrition with Culinary Arts (BS HNCA) is the first program of its kind in the Philippines, designed to merge the science of nutrition and dietetics with the art of cooking.
Accredited by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA), the program aims to produce culinary-equipped registered nutritionist-dietitians—an in-demand profession worldwide. It covers various disciplines and applications of nutrition within culinary studies, with theoretical learning reinforced through hands-on culinary education both in the classroom and in real-world settings.
Students gain valuable practicum experience at Manila Doctors Hospital, other government hospitals, and leading restaurants and hotels across Metro Manila.
The BS HNCA program takes pride in producing industry professionals, board exam topnotchers, competition winners, and future leaders in nutrition and culinary arts.
