Program Tracks and Curriculum Highlights

1st Year: Entrepreneurial Foundations

Students are introduced to entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, and essential business disciplines. Key courses include Entrepreneurial Behavior, Innovation Management, Event Management, Microeconomics, and Purposive Communication. Electives such as Graphic Design, Layout & Photography for Advertising develop visual marketing skills. General education subjects like Filipino, Tytana Formation, and PE courses ensure holistic formation.

2nd Year: Market Understanding and Opportunity Recognition

The second year builds on opportunity seeking, market research, and customer analysis. Courses include Market Research and Consumer Behavior, Pricing and Costing, Entrepreneurial Leadership, and Human Resource Management. The curriculum is anchored on practical application, while also covering Ethics, History, Contemporary World, and NSTP.

3rd Year: Business Development and Social Impact

Students develop their business plans and deepen knowledge in operations, finance, technology, and strategic marketing. Specialized courses such as Culinary Fundamentals for Social Business, Management of Technology for Social Innovation, and Social Entrepreneurship are offered, along with electives in Micro/Venture Financing, Franchising, and Wholesale & Retail Management.

4th Year: Implementation and Enterprise Growth

In the final year, students implement their business plans in two phases. Courses like Good Governance and CSR, Programs on Enterprise Development, Family Business Management, and Hospitality Management for Social Enterprise support business growth with a sustainability and ethics lens. General education in Philosophy, Humanities, and Rizal’s Life and Works round out the curriculum.
