What is temporary registration?
Temporary registration (payment of P5,000 non-refundable fee) allows the applicant to reserve a slot for enrollment. It is not mandatory. However, it is a privilege that provides an additional 5% discount on tuition fees for the first semester of the first year. The discount is applicable on top of all other types of discounts.

- Enrollment must be finalized one (1) week prior to the start of classes of first semester.
- Otherwise, the reserved slot may be given to other applicants.
To process temporary registration, log in to your Online Admission Portal and click Temporary Registration.

Will the applicant be allowed to enroll even without the Grade 12 report card yet?
Applicant will be allowed to process his/her enrollment even without the Final Grade 12 Report Card yet. However, his/her status will be temporarily enrolled until such time that the final report card and other admission requirements have been submitted prior to the start of the semester. Otherwise, failure to submit the said documents may result in the cancellation of his/her enrollment.

Does Tytana offer flexible payment schemes? What are the options?
Yes. Students may avail of the following payment schemes: full payment, three installment, and four installments.

What are the privileges of Tytana Senior High School alumni?
Students receive an automatic 10% discount on tuition, laboratory, and miscellaneous fees for their entire stay in college as a loyalty privilege, with no documentary requirements needed.

What is a Senior High School Voucher Program (SHS VP)?
SHS VP is a program of financial assistance to enable qualified Grade 10 completers to pursue their desired SHS education in private schools, state universities and colleges (SUCs), and local universities and colleges (LUCs) that offer SHS.

What if I want to transfer to a private or non-DepEd SHS?
You can get financial assistance to pay your tuition fee through the voucher program. All Grade 10 completers from a public JHS who wish to enroll in a private or non-DepEd SHS automatically get a voucher.

Do Grade 10 completers from private high schools also get a voucher?
All Grade 10 completers from private schools who are Education Service Contracting (ESC) grantees automatically get a voucher. Completers from private schools who are not ESC grantees may also apply for a voucher through online application.

What can I do with the voucher?
The voucher can cover part of your tuition and miscellaneous fees. The voucher is honored in private high schools, private universities or colleges, state or local universities or colleges, or technical-vocational schools granted permit by DepEd to operate SHS.

How much is the worth of the voucher?
The full value of the voucher in the National Capital Region (NCR) is ₱22,500; the full value of the voucher in highly-urbanized cities outside NCR is ₱20,000; and the full value of the voucher in other cities and municipalities is ₱17,500. The voucher is good for two years and is good for use only in the school year immediately following Grade 10.

Does Tytana charge top-up?
Yes. The payment of the top-up is required. The top-up is the amount that serves as the difference between total school fees and the voucher amount applicable to the student. This amount also covers the energy fee and other miscellaneous expenses.

How much is the tuition fee?
The total fee for SHS is about P44,000 per year.

What is pre-enlistment?
Pre-enlistment allows the applicant to reserve a slot for enrollment. It is mandatory, otherwise enrollment is subject to the availability of slot.
The required reservation/pre-enlistment fee is ₱1,500.00 which is deductible from total fees upon enrollment, but non-refundable when applicant decides not to pursue the enrollment.

Scholarship Grants and Financial Aid
The ASSIST Grant-in-Aid Scholarship provides educational assistance covering school fees and financial assistance on book, uniform, and living expenses to financially-challenged students with exemplary scholastic performance, notable leadership potential, and active participation to campus and off-campus activities.
The ASSIST Scholarship Grant will cover all subsequent academic years subject to annual review of the scholar’s academic performance and subject to the terms and conditions set by the College.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Filipino citizen
- Must be qualified for admission at Tytana
- Must have a general weighted average of at least 88%, or its equivalent
- Must have a combined gross family income of not more than P400,000 for a family of four; or P100,000/capita if more than four in the family
- Must have substantial extra-curricular and leadership involvements
- Must be of good moral character
- Must not enjoy other scholarship grants or financial assistance programs
Failure to submit all the requirements and supporting documents will mean non-processing of a student’s application. Tytana shall accept applications from its students and shall screen and rank the applicants based on the requirement submitted and other form/s of screening process necessary.
For the scholars to continue to avail of the scholarship grant, the following conditions must be met every semester:
- A semestral grade point average not lower than 85% for college and 88% for senior high school or its equivalent, with no failing grades;
- Must not drop any subject nor cancel enrollment for the period during which they enjoy the scholarship without prior approval of Tytana;
- Must meet the retention policy of the course;
- Must not change or shift course major;
- Must carry the full semestral load as prescribed by the respective scholar’s department or program adviser;
- Must not have committed any major violation;
- Must generally not enjoy major financial assistance, grant or scholarship, from other external sources;
- Shall be prohibited from accepting any kind of employment while on scholarship, the intent being to require them to devote full time to their studies; and
- Must attend prescribed activities by the Tytana and/or the grantor.
External scholarship grantors have the prerogative to require additional documents during screening and set their own retention policies.

Discounts
Considering the financial need among students, the Manila Tytana Colleges will continue to offer scholarship grants and financial assistance in the form of discounts. However, application of discounts and privileges shall be limited to only one type.
If a student qualifies for more than one type of any of the discounts and privileges listed below, only one will be applied, whichever is highest, except for the pre-enlistment and early bird discounts which will be applied on top of other discounts.
- Pre-enlistment Discount. SHS graduates who pre-enlist for college by scheduled deadline are entitled to additional 5% discount on tuition fees for the first semester of the school year only.
- Early Bird Discount. College applicants who will enroll on or before the given deadline, shall be given a 2% discount on the first payment. For transferees, a reservation fee of P1,500 must be paid on or before the deadline to avail of the early bird discount when they enroll during the college enrollment schedule.
Discounts are inapplicable to scholars as they already receive full fees coverage and allowances.
The appropriate discount shall be applied at the start of each semester. Should a student qualify within the semester for a higher discount than the initially applied, adjustment shall be made accordingly.
The following discounts and privileges are made available for students.
- Tytana SHS Alumni Discount (aka Loyalty Discount). SHS graduates of Tytana shall be given a 10% discount on tuition, laboratory, and miscellaneous fees, throughout college. “Other Fees” is not included in the discounted group.
- Alumni Discount. Tytana alumni (college and SHS), their siblings, and dependents shall be given a 10% discount on tuition fees. Discount for SHS shall be applied to tuition fees if from private high school; to top-up if ESC or Voucher holder. Primary documents to be presented: original and copy of alumni ID of parent/guardian/sibling and the student’s (and sibling’s if sibling is alumnus/na) birth certificate. Graduation from Tytana may be verified as well from the Office of the College Registrar. For dependents, the applicant must be able to present legal proof of dependency.
- Metrobank Group Discount. Siblings and dependents (whether college and/or SHS) of employees of the Metrobank and GT Capital Group shall be given a 10% discount on tuition fees. Discount for SHS shall be applied to tuition fees if from private high school; to top-up if ESC or Voucher holder. Primary documents to be presented: original and copy of parent/guardian/sibling’s company ID and certificate of employment, and student’s (and sibling’s if sibling is alumnus/na) birth certificate. An updated certificate of employment must be presented every semester to avail of the discount. For dependents, the applicant must be able to present legal proof of dependency.
- Family Rate. A 10% tuition fee discount is granted to simultaneously enrolled family members, including siblings, parent and child, or spouses. For Senior High School students, the discount applies to the tuition fee if from a private high school, or to the top-up amount if an ESC or voucher holder. Primary documents to be presented: original and photocopy of birth certificate (for siblings and parent–child) or original and photocopy of marriage certificate (for spouses).
- Tytana Employees Discount. Dependents of regular Tytana employees shall be entitled to a 100% tuition fee discount and a 50% discount on miscellaneous fees. Siblings or legally adopted children of the employee are also entitled to the same discount. For dependents of probationary Tytana employees, they shall be entitled to a 10% tuition fee discount and a 50% discount on miscellaneous fees. While there is no limit to the number of dependents who can benefit, once a student surpasses the maximum residency rule, the discount will no longer apply. Additionally, students are limited to three failed subjects, with no mandatory maintaining grade. The discount shall cease once the full time employment of the parent/guardian sibling at Tytana ceases. This applies to both college and SHS students. Primary documents to be presented: student’s (and sibling’s if sibling is employee) birth certificate. For dependents, the applicant must be able to present legal proof of dependency.
- Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Discount. Students with disabilities (college and SHS) shall be given a 10% discount on tuition fees. Discount for SHS shall be applied to tuition fees if from private high school; top-up if ESC and Voucher holder. Primary document to be presented: Valid PWD card.
- Solo Parents Discount. Students who are solo parents and students who are children of solo parents shall be entitled to a 10% discount on tuition fees. Primary document to be presented: Solo Parent ID Card.
- Indigenous Peoples (IP) Discount. Students belonging to any of the Indigenous Cultural Communities shall be entitled to a 10% discount on tuition fees. Primary document to be presented: Certificate of Confirmation from National Commission on Indigenous Peoples or Certificate of Tribal Membership issued by NCIP Regional Office.
- EXCEL Entrance. Incoming freshmen who receive any of the following SHS honors may apply for the EXCEL Entrance. The EXCEL Entrance is for the first semester of the first year only. Succeeding semesters shall be subjected to the EXCEL College criteria. Only first 100 qualifiers may avail this. Corresponding tuition fee discounts are as follows:
- With Honors 10%
- With High Honors 15%
- With Highest Honors 25%
- EXCEL College. Students who qualify for the semestral Honors List, i.e. top 1 per year level, per program, are entitled to 100% tuition fee discount. The discount shall be applied the following semester. In case the student has already paid fees in full, s/he may request for a refund.
