Manila Doctors Hospital (MDH) serves as the base hospital of the BS Nursing program of Manila Tytana Colleges, providing students with direct exposure to real-world clinical settings. Recognized for its quality healthcare services and affiliation with the Metrobank Group, MDH offers a comprehensive training environment where students apply theoretical knowledge, develop essential nursing competencies, and engage with patients under the guidance of experienced healthcare professionals. This partnership supports the program’s commitment to producing practice-ready graduates.
To further strengthen the academe-industry partnership between Tytana and MDH, a seamless integration program is in place to support the employment of Tytana BS Nursing graduates through the Nurse Residency Program (NRP). Under the NRP, graduates are automatically hired as Clinical Nursing Associates (CNA) with a special starting salary rate. Upon passing the board exam, their role is automatically upgraded to Staff Nurse. The program also provides financial assistance for Board Exam Review and deployment abroad.
