Bachelor of Science in Business Administration

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) is a four-year program that develops future-ready business professionals equipped with the knowledge, skills, and values essential for leadership in dynamic business environments. With two specialization tracks—Marketing Management and Financial Management—the program integrates business theory with hands-on simulations, industry competitions, applied research, and immersive on-the-job training. It prepares students for careers in marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, and corporate management while aligning with evolving industry needs and national development goals.

Program Tracks and Curriculum

In the Marketing Management track (BSBA-MM), students gain expertise in branding, customer relations, advertising, e-commerce, and strategic product development. Courses such as Professional Salesmanship, Marketing Research, Advertising, and Retail Management are reinforced with activities like marketing plan competitions, product simulations, and feasibility studies. The final year culminates in a comprehensive Feasibility Study and a six-unit Practicum under the Work-Integrated Learning framework.

In the Financial Management track (BSBA-FM), students build proficiency in banking, capital markets, risk management, and corporate finance. Subjects such as Treasury and Credit Management, Investment Analysis, and Banking and Financial Institutions are complemented by simulations on investment portfolios and financial technologies. Like the MM track, the final year includes a Feasibility Study and a six-unit Practicum.
