College Admission

For Tytana Senior High School Graduates
1. Log in to the College Student Application Portal
2. Answer the essay question, then choose your preferred schedule for the entrance examination (MTCAT).
3. Secure payment slip, and pay the Php 420 examination fee. Take the examination as scheduled.
4. Log in to the portal using your created account to check the examination result. If qualified, accomplish the College Admissions Form and Data Privacy Consent Form.
5. The Admissions Office will endorse you to the Office of the Dean for an interview.
6. Secure Pre-Enlistment Form from the Admissions Office with a Php 1,500 pre-enlistment fee.
7. Secure a medical clearance from the Clinic.
8. Submit the medical clearance and Grade 12 Report Card to, and secure the Advising Form at the Admissions Office for final enrollment.
9. Pay the required amount at the cashier.
10. Go back to the Admissions Office to secure the Final Registration Form, to have your school ID picture taken, and to get schedule for freshmen orientation.
11. Go to the bookstore to purchase school uniform.
* The registration facility is accessible from any device (desktop/laptop computer, mobile phone, or tablet), anytime and anywhere. Interested applicants may also visit the Admissions Office for online registration.

For Senior High School Graduates from Other Schools
1. Create an account on the College Student Application Portal.
2. Fill out the form online, answer the essay question, and choose your preferred schedule for the entrance examination (MTCAT).
3. Submit the following examination requirements at the Admissions Office:
- photocopy of Grade 11 and 12 Report Cards
- two (2) pcs. 2 x 2 ID pictures
- Php 420 examination fee (non-refundable)
4. Take the entrance exam as scheduled.
5. Log in to the portal using your created account to check the examination result. If qualified, accomplish the College Admissions Form and Data Privacy Consent Form.
6. The Admissions Office will endorse you to the Office of the Dean for an interview.
7. Secure Pre-Enlistment Form from the Admissions Office with a Php 1,500 pre-enlistment fee.
8. Submit an x-ray result to the School Clinic. The Clinic will then secure you a medical clearance to be submitted to the Admissions Office.
9. Submit complete requirements, and secure the Advising Form for final enrollment.
10. Pay the required amount at the cashier.
11. Go back to the Admissions Office to secure the Final Registration Form, to have your school ID picture taken, and to get schedule for freshmen orientation.
12. Go to the bookstore to purchase school uniform.
* The registration facility is accessible from any device (desktop/laptop computer, mobile phone, or tablet), anytime and anywhere. Interested applicants may also visit the Admissions Office prior to application process, Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Should you decide to register online upon visit/inquiry, facility for online registration is also available at the Admissions Office.

Senior High School Admission

1. Create an account on the Senior High School Student Application Portal .
2. Fill out the form online, answer the essay question, and choose your preferred schedule for the entrance examination (MTCAT).
3. Submit the following examination requirements at the Admissions Office:
- photocopy of Grade 9 and 10 Report Cards
- two (2) pcs. 2 x 2 ID pictures
- Php 420 examination fee (non-refundable)
4. Take the entrance exam as scheduled.
5. Log in to the portal using your created account to check the examination result. If qualified, accomplish the SHS Admissions Form and Data Privacy Consent Form.
6. Qualified applicants are given a period of time to reserve their enrollment slot. To secure a slot, applicants would have to process temporary enrollment with a Php 1,500 non-refundable reservation fee.
7. Secure endorsement for medical clinic requirements at the Admissions Office, then submit these requirements to the Clinic.
8. For final enrollment, submit the following requirements:
- original Grade 10 Report Card
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- original birth certificate
- medical clearance
- two (2) pcs. 2 x 2 ID pictures
- photocopy of NCAE result
9. Pay the required down payment or full payment amount at the cashier.
10. Go back to the Admissions Office to secure Final Registration Form, and have your school ID picture taken.
11. Go to the bookstore to purchase books and school uniform.

Transferees Admissions

1. Submit the requirements for evaluation and crediting of subjects to the Admissions Office. Click here for the list of requirements.
2. Get the result of evaluation after 5 working days.
3. The Admissions Office will endorse you to the Student Discipline Head for an interview.
4. Create an account on the College Student Application Portal.
5. Fill out the application form online, and choose your preferred schedule for the entrance examination (MTCAT).
6. Secure payment slip, and pay the Php 420 examination fee (non-refundable).
7. Take the examination as scheduled.
8. Log in to the portal using your created account to check the examination result. If qualified, accomplish the College Admissions Form and Data Privacy Consent Form.
9. The Admissions Office will endorse you to the Office of the Dean for an interview.
10. Submit an x-ray and drug test results to the Clinic. The Clinic then will give you a medical clearance.
11. Submit the medical clearance to and secure the Advising Form at the Admissions Office for final enrollment.
12. Pay the required amount at the cashier.
13. Go back to the Admissions Office to secure the Final Registration Form, to have your school ID picture taken, and to get schedule for the orientation.
14. Go to the bookstore to purchase school uniform.
