1. Who are eligible to apply to the Tytana Scholarship Program?
The scholarship program is open to all high school graduating students, new freshmen, transferees from other colleges/universities, and current students of Tytana.
2. What are the qualifications?
  • Must be a Filipino citizen
  • Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 87%, or its equivalent
  • Must have a combined annual gross family income of not more than P300,000 for a family of four; or P75,000 per capita if more than four in the family
  • Must have a substantial extra-curricular and leadership involvement
  • Must be of good moral character
  • Must not enjoy other scholarship grants or financial assistances
3. Where do I start?

5. What are the different types of scholarship program?
The school offers various types of scholarship programs categorized into three: merit-based, merit and needs-based, needs-based.

Merit-based grants are for academically excellent students regardless of financial capacity. Merit and needs-based grants provides assistance to financially-challenged students with exemplary academic performance, notable leadership potential and remarkable participation in and out of campus. Needs based grants are for financially-challenged students. Students must maintain a passing grade in all subjects in order to maintain the scholarship grant.

7. What are the benefits of the scholarship program?
Monetary benefits include full fees coverage. Most grants provide book, uniform and monthly living allowance. For extremely special cases, the College provides free board and lodging, and provides transportation and incidental allowance.
8. What tips can give you to get a scholarship grant?
  1. Make sure to submit all the documents needed, and fill in the application form in its entirety. Check the list of requirements to keep track of the documents required.
  2. Take note that these documents help the scholarship officer know you better. It will be the basis for the assessment of your application. Do not lie or misrepresent yourself.
  3. Highlight your strengths and justify the need for the financial assistance.
  4. Be patient. The process takes time as the College receives hundreds of application. You may follow up from time to time to check the status of your application.
  5. Ask for advice from former schoolmates who are now scholars, your teachers or guidance counselors.
