General Academic Policies and Guidelines
The enrollment of the student in MTC is, in effect, a “contractual relationship”. The students are expected to abide by the rules and regulations of the College based on the Manual of Regulations for Private Higher Education Institutions and policies of the Commission on Higher Education. Failure to comply with the school rules and policies would mean imposition of appropriate sanctions.
The College, on its part, agrees that upon completion of the course of study prescribed and approved by the Commission on Higher Education, and in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Commission, shall confer upon the student the title or degree in the form of certificate or a diploma.
The College admits students from different races, culture, religion and economic status observing policies which are anchored on the student’s qualifications.
