The College of Arts and Sciences envisions itself to be a foundation of knowledge that caters to a holistic development of every graduate of the Manila Tytana Colleges.  It also subscribes to the social dimension of education which forms and prepares its graduates to become active participants in the transformation of the country and the global community.

Bachelor of Science in Psychology

Bachelor of Science in Psychology prepares students for a rewarding career in the field of behavioral sciences. The program curriculum involves a balanced combination  of theoretical  training  and practical application  in four areas of exposure: Industrial  Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Guidance  and Counseling, and Special Education.

Students are widely exposed to a comprehensive range of psychological theories and research methodologies, tackled through a combination of lectures, group dynamics, laboratory activities, and out-of-the-classroom learning experiences, including field exercises and on-the-job training in the Metrobank and Manila Doctors Hospital Human Resource Departments, among others. The courses are taught by competent behavioral science experts.


Bachelor of Science in Holistic Nutrition with Culinary Arts

Bachelor of Science in Holistic Nutrition with Culinary Arts, the first of its kind in the Philippines, is developed to meet the publicís growing interest in health education and nutrition. Based on the principle that cooking is both a science and an art, the program is designed to teach students various disciplines and areas of nutrition, and their application in culinary studies. The curriculum focuses in liberal arts courses in the first two years, followed by major subjects relevant to studentsí chosen area of specialization. Throughout the course, theoretical studies are reinforced by experiential culinary education both inside the classroom and in the field.


Bachelor of Science in Information Technology

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology prepares graduates for practical roles in the rapidly growing profession. Students  in MTCís  IT program learn the technical   skills  and gain the theoretical  knowledge  necessary  to understand current computer technology, interpret emerging technologies and communicate with other information technology professionals. In a field that is ever as dynamic as information  technology,  the program provides  an innovative,  flexible, and convenient course offering program that meets the demand of the industry and prepares the students to completely handle future development in this particular field. The curriculum provides comprehensive theoretical and practical instruction.
